No one is taking responsibility to provide GST related details which are required by the ERP Vendors. Not even the CBEC site. For example - 01. Where to download from an excel file having all possible HSN classification and SAC classification with corresponding Tax percentage for CGST, SGST and IGST for each state ? 02. Where to get the Technical Specification and API call details in order to access the GSTN web server so that each invoice can get the "Electronic Reference Number" ? 03. What is the XML format in which invoice data needs to be sent to the GSTN web server, so that the Input Invoices can also be verified by the GSTN web server ? There are many such technical questions which must be shared on GST web site - but, no one is taking any responsibility and there is no schedule to do so. Can anyone help ?
