We are located in India in Nasik City which is 180 Kms from Mumbai. We are into manufacturing of Injection Moulds, Compression Moulds, Transfer Moulds, Thermo & Thermosetting Plastic Parts, Stamping Tools, Stamping Parts, Precision Machined Parts, & also Small Product assemblies. We also export to many countries like Germany, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, China, USA, Spain, Italy, UK to name a few. We have worked in sectors like Automotive, Switchgear, Electronics, Fire Fighting equipment etc. We are into this business for last 25 years. We have two plants one is for manufacturing of Moulds & Tools & Stamping Parts. In another plant we manufacture plastic parts for our customers. We have total 70 employees working with us for more than 10 years. Both the units are ISO certified. Currently we have increased our above scope to manufacture of high speed stamping parts & product assemblies. We have also expanded into a Multi Slide Otto Bihler Machine for high volume stamping parts & product assemblies. We are also their authorized representatives for selling their machine here in India. In our moulding division has also expanded from injection moulded parts to Compression & Transfer Moulded parts. Our Tonnage capacity is from 60 Tons to 250 Tons. We have all L & T DEMAG & one 100 Ton Arburg machine (Currently known as Toshiba Machines). We have Hydraulic Presses from 50 Tons to 100 Tons. We can supply you the components which fit in any of the scope mentioned above.
