DESIGN AND FABRICATION. Along with the shearing and folding facility we also have a welding robot which assures us of components with consistent quality. We are at present welding very critical under chassis components for Ashok Leyland Nissan Vehicles Limited and Integral Coach Factory. DESIGN OF WELDING JIGS AND FIXTURES We have inhouse facility to design and fabricate, jigs and fixtures for welding of light and medium engineering products. Among our esteemed customers are the world number two steering manufacturers Takata, Japan. Products welded in our fixture and system supplied to them are used in the some of the products of Nissan, Tata, etc.
