It was born out of the vision and enthusiasm of two dynamic personalities, Mr Rajesh B Sanikop and Mrs Suman Mahendraprasad Sharma. Mr Rajesh B Sanikop is a Mechanical Engineer and the foremost exponent of sugar packaging industry in the country. A farsighted entrepreneur with sharp business acumen and technical skills, he has introduced many far reaching innovations in the Sugar packaging industry. Technical knowledge of trade combined with business skills makes him a rare combination. Mrs Sharma, having wide corporate experience, has been following her dreams of entrepreneurship for last 5 years. She is successfully managing Phoenix Wealth Managers, a wealth management firm in Kolhapur. Recently, the directors decided to enter into the field of HR consulting with the aim of transforming HRM scenario of the country.
