Maverik Inc. has been processing multiple types of wastes viz. animal dung, food and kitchen waste, human waste, poultry droppings, slaughterhouse waste, vegetable & fruit processing wastes, dairy effluent water, sugar mill waste i.e. press mud & buggasse, distillery waste water (vinnesa) to harness methane in form of Bio Gas and converts methane into Bio-methane or CNG (>90% methane) to use it as PNG, CNG and also to generate power. Team Maverik has also developed unique blend of technology to convert digestate generated during methane harvesting into highly nutritious organic fertilizer in solid and liquid forms. 100% organic farming can be done with the application of these fertilizers. Till date more than 2000 Acres of land parcel has been covered under Organic Farming initiatives by Maverik Inc. Treatment of Sewage Grey Water and Black Water without any chemical dosing and conventional energy is forte' of Maverik. For Sewage Grey & Black Water non-conventional mode of treatment has been developed by R&D Team of Maverik, which uses NPB (Nature Power Balance) Technology to calibrate and control pH, TDS, Chemical & Biological Oxygen Demands, Total Suspended Solids and overall organic load in the effluent. Thus removes foul odor and color of the effluent. Molasses based distilleries face acute issue of total solution for treatment of effluent water and disposal of sludge. Maverik and its associates have developed total solution based on integrated technologies, which not only treats but recycles water in the process.
