We are a CA firm named G S Tapdiya & Co. based in Pune having two parters - Ganesh Tapdiya and Priti Tapdiya Ganesh and Priti has expertise in different areas which makes their firm complete finance and legal service provider. Mr. Ganesh Tapdiya has over 5 years of professional experience in project finance, taxation, legal compliance,accounting and auditing services Mr. Ganesh possess an expertise in preparation of project report and other documents related to project finance services. He has assisted various clients in obtaining project finance from nationalized as well as private banks He has also helped various companies for incorporation related formalities. He also has experience in consultancy relating to income tax computation, withholding tax compliance, Value Added Tax, Service tax applicability and computation etc. for various types of assesses (GST knowledge also available). He has also performed representation before the tax authorities, both direct and indirect, and review tax orders to assist in determining the need to challenge the tax orders in appeal, assist in filing appeals and preparation of written submissions. Ms. Priti Tapdiya has over 7 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing and IFRS reporting services. Prior to this Priti has worked with Vodafone India Services Private Limited (Accounting for Vodafone) Pune and B S R & Associates (KPMG), Pune (auditing with one of the big4 CA firm) She has extensive experience in statutory and income-tax audit of Indian companies and consutancy with regard to indirect taxation She has also carried out group reporting under IFRS Priti also has experience in preparation of financial statements as per Indian GAAP.
