We are a management consulting firm who are presently providing service to around 20 companies in Bangalore and we do whole lot of activities right from setting up of a company, set ups and configuration of ERP system keeping in mind the report requirements, day to day accounting up to finalisation and Financial / Business Data analysis of every item of profit and loss account and balance sheet, comparing with data of corresponding period of the previous year/s, competitor data and industry averages, building up of Internal controls, systems, processes, tracking mechanisms and timely management Information System to provide reports on profitability and liquidity in a nut shell. Direct and Indirect Tax, Labour Laws, Secretarial Compliance and handling litigation in these areas are also a part of our offering. We build management dash board so that the top management gets summarised graphical presentations of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to take right decision at right time. Our activities will be a combination of systems, internal controls & process audit, compliance audit and internal audit. By this we pull out exceptions, report the same to the management and suggest suitable changes in systems, controls and processes and also suggesting changes in set ups and configuration to Tally / SAP / SAP Business One and the same are implemented after arriving at a consensus with the management so that the issues do not surface again and the changes supports a powerful Management Information System (MIS). We have studied the system architecture of Tally, SAP and SAP Business One which are widely used Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software Systems and take up implementation projects from changeover to legacy system by understanding the AS IS process and drafting TO BE process in consultation with management. We build customised stand alone small softwares with or without interface with the main ERP system where requirements cannot be met by existing ERP
