I am a seasoned professional with over 15 years of entrepreneur experience in the Education space in India. I started my entreprenuel journey in 2003 with the launch of Element94, to provide content and technology solution addressing prevailing need gaps across educational institutions in India. During this journey, i had experienced the Indian Education System suffering from a mind-set of mediocrity. Drawing like-minded professionals from the industry & academia, I have established Institutional Excellence Forum in 2013 as a Not-for-Profit Organization. Initiatives by IEF are aimed at strengthening the existing education system in the semi urban and rural part of India, by launching various skill enhancement programs for school teachers and behavioral assessment of students in order to help them make well-informed academic, career and life decisions I began my professional career in 1996, after completing graduation in electronics, with Combit Advertising in their design team. I was part of the founding team at Mudra Interactive and EuroRSCG Interactive during the period 1997-2001, where i was spearheading their online creative team.
