Siddhartha has over 14 years of wide-ranging national and international experience across the full spectrum of the project development industry. During these years, he has worked extensively in project management, conceptualization, detailed engineering and implementation of various types of projects such as hotels, retail, mixed-use developments, townships, commercial projects. Experienced in major local and international projects, he is a pro-active individual with high technical and management skills with commercial focus. Some of the key clients he consulted to during his career include DLF, Accor Hotels, Starwood Capital, Vornado Reality, Hero Honda, Taj Hotels, Inter Continental Hotels, Hilton Hotels, Moolchand Medcity. Some of the large national and international architectural practices and consultants such as Kohn Pederson Fox, BBG-BBGM, WATG, HOK, Hafeez Contractor, Rajinder Kumar and Associates, Edifice. Siddhartha's career commenced at Raina and Associates, an Agha Khan Award winning architectural practice in New Delhi. Throughout his career he has worked with various reputed organizations including Consulting Engineering Services (CES), Business Park Town Planners (BPTP), Feedback Ventures India Private Limited, Page Kirkland, Altus Page Kirkland. Originally from Australia, David brings over 30 years of project management experience in the property industry to India where he is now based. Over the years, he has worked extensively in project management, construction management and methodology analysis, contracts management, programming and planning, QA implementation and management in varying sectors including residential, commercial, educational and hospitality.
