His strong belief in applying Lean Agile Systems Thinking has always made him to deliver solutions in the shortest possible lead time without compromising with quality of delivery and life of people. He worked as Coach, Consultant, Program Manager, QA Manager, Test Architect, Test Engineer and a Developer while transitioning from traditional methodologies during last 20 years. He has experience of working with distributed teams across time zones and bringing high level of agility, transparency, alignment and quality in such dynamic environments. Raja Sekhar holds a graduate degree in computer science and is also a Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC 4), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PRINCE2 Practitioner, Certified Microsoft Project 2013 expert.
