1)	Passed B. Sc. Engg. from BIT in 1970 April.
2)	Established Teletronix Ltd. for manufacture of TV sets & other defence electronics items & served the company as Managing Director.
3)	Designed and manufactured  TV sets.
4)	Served Televista & Bigston TV Companies as service centre incharge and as production engineer respectively.
5)	Design, manufacture and commissioning of Automation systems with PLC & Digital Drives, CNCs, Import substitutes in electronics, HT & LT Control panels, Unitised Sub-stations, Field Switches, Motor Control Centres, Mimic Panels, Power Distribution Panels for clients like :
ISRO-SHAR – Sriharikota, Heavy Engineering Corpn., Central Coalfields Ltd., Garden Reach Ship Builders & Engineers Ltd., SAIL & its subsidiaries (Bokaro Steel, Rourkela Steel & Bhilai Steel), TISCO, Usha Beltron, BHEL-ISG – Bangalore, BEML – KGF etc. for the last 27 years. Till now more than 5000 panels must have been designed and manufactured at MEDITRON.
6)	In HT : designed & manufactured Vacuum Circuit Breaker, 11KV Isolator Panels, MCCs (Fixed & Drawout), Unitised Sub-station, Field Switch for mining and other HT equipments.
7)	Designed total Automation handling of Wheel & Axle handling system for Durgapur Steel plant for automatic feeding & turning of Railway wheels at the forging shop. System designed with PLC, Conveyor to feed & load wheels on the CNC vertical turning & boring machine.
8)	Many Import substitution jobs in electronics for Bokaro Steel plant, CCL etc. Complete systems imported from Germany, Czechoslovakia, Poland, Russia etc. have been re-designed with Indian components.
9)	Design & manufacture of Drawout MCCs both Medium voltage & Low voltage
10)	Done may specialized maintenance jobs like on Thyristor drives and other specialized controls of electrical, electronic and of mechanical nature, medical equipments like Cardiographs, Audiometers, Telemetry etc. for many industries & hospitals.
11)	Developed Indoor VCB & Outdoor VCB with latest Polycrete Technology in the year 2001 & 2002 respectively & successfully tested at CPRI – Bhopal. Now a regular product.
12)	Developed 1 MVA mobile substation control using modems intelligent control of extendible conveyor system for Coal India Piparwar Project similar in design to Krupp Australia earlier imported from Australia
13)	Developed an innovative unitized sub station, a ready made solution of a full substation of 2X10 MVA, making it possible to make full fledged substation in flat 45 days and that too economically and in less than half the land area. 
14)	Presently, self-employed in Meditron since 1977 & serving it as Chief Executive.
15)	Have been consultant to a bearing industry for the electronic machines for standardization of the product manufactured by them.
16)	Expertise in design & manufacture of process control systems & industrial automation with PLCs & Drives.
17)	President – Chotanagpur Small Scale Industries Association, Member – Chotanagpur Chamber of Commerce & Industries, Assochem & CII. Also member of many advisory panels of local bodies.
18)	Winner of Productivity Award of CII in SSI for the year 1995-96.
19)	Have been honoured by Ranchi Govt. Polytechnic as “ Chotanagpur Udyog Ratna  ” in the year 1997.
20)	Winner of Quality Product Award from the Jharkhand Small Scale Industries for year 2001-2002.
21)	Winner of 1st prize in Quality Product Award from the Jharkhand Small Scale Industries for year 	              2005
22)	Outstanding Engineers award by the Institution of Engineers  2013

30)	One of the major social activity organized in the State under the leadership of CEO was the       Udyog Mela in the year 2002 in which 760 participants took-part and more than 10 lakhs people visited the trade fair which gave the total panorama of the industrial activity of Jharkhand State. The entire show was organized in  mere 27 days.
