Experience in end to end recruitment cycle for I.T clients in the U.S. with excellent work knowledge of USA Visa types (H1B, F1, EAD), Tax Terms (1099/C2C/ W2) Must have an experience in working with Team Understanding the clients requirements and get them fulfilled from the respective TAT. Working closely with Sales/Account Manager to anticipate requirements & identify potential resource pool. Responsible for validating the team profiles based on client requirement. Responsible for maintaining Individual and team data base. Driving the teams to achieve their targets along with his/her own targets. Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines Must be proactive & self-driven Be responsible for teams success in delivering the targets Good understanding of IT skills/ technologies.
