Snap Audit at agreed intervals to be carried out with our expert Engineering and Auditors team led by a Sr. Engineer. During the Audit, data about Quality of resources used, Procedures and Processes adopted and the quality of product generated would be captured. The team will collate the data with the production of Audit Reports and any other deliverables such as appraisal reports that are considered necessary. Data collected from the Client for the following heads is used for generating Report for Audit of Management System such as Contract Management, Material Management, Project Management, Construction Management and Human Resource. Quality score cards shall also be generated which would provide a snapshot to the higher management on quality of work at site.
