The Quality Management System existing at the site and head office is evaluated for strategic inputs. The strength of Quality Management System determines the capability of client to consistently deliver high levels of quality. CQRA uses in house proprietary software- Benchmark- to audit and index site quality on a 10 point scale which measures quality objectively and helps top management to get a feel of overall site quality system and improvements required. This increases Management band width to manage several projects with limited physical presence.
