Quality outsourcing Service developed by CQRA brings accountability towards construction Quality in building projects. CQRA assists the project team (the client, PMC, Architect and Engineering Consultants, Contractors, Specialist, Suppliers) on site with audits for inspection/ observations of materials, application process and for the final construction product in accordance with accepted specifications and specified quality norms. Builder or developers require the role of a Quality Agency to whom the Quality aspects of the entire construction activity can be outsourced while retaining the basic Execution responsibility with the Developer. Thus Client can outsource his quality control dept to CQRA. Responsibility of CQRA shall be to ensure that product quality is met as per the best industry practices with adequate cooperation from the execution staff.
