Stir. Cook immediately in a steam cooker. UPMA Fry chopped onions and potatoes till golden brown. Add one cup of mixture and mix. Then add one cup of boiling water. Mix well. Add lemon and salt to taste. UTTAPAM Soak one cup of mixture with two cups of curd for an hour. Mix finely chopped veggies and add salt to taste. Spread in a frying pan and cook till golden brown.
