INGREDIENTS Wheat Flour, Heeng, Urad Dal, Coriander Powder, Black Cardamom, Red Chilly Powder, Cumin Seeds, Ginger Powder, Fennel and Salt. HOW TO COOK Knead the Bedmi Atta with appropriate amount of warm water and 1 tablespoon of oil to make a soft dough. Cover it and keep aside for 30-40 mins.
