ASSESSMENT means the classification of someone with respect to their worth, It is the process of gathering and discussing information from multiple and diverse sources in order to develop a deep understanding of what student/employee know, understand, and can do with their knowledge as a result of their education or experiences. Self-assessment is the process of looking at oneself in order to assess aspects that are important to one's identity. It is one of the motives that drive self evaluation, along with self-verification and self-enhancement.
