Leadership Development Camp (LDC) is an intensive 2 or 3 day program for students/employees with leadership potential. During LDC, individuals are involved in receiving training to develop their leadership skills, and participating in leadership roles around camp. LDC takes gives an excellent opportunity for individuals to interact with campers and staff to observe and experience leadership firsthand. Lessons on leadership qualities, including communication, ability to motivate others, and management, to an individual who may not use the learned skills in a leadership position
