We at Flixdrop Technology use the fundamental testing process, defining the test levels, tasks for each level and their inputs and outputs. Test levels are shown in bold. The first test level takes the results of the analysis work – requirements verification, risk assessment and threat analysis to produce the project Testing Strategy. This identifies all the other levels to be used in the project In the design phase test plans are developed for each test level. Test plans will define the test types, such as functional, performance and security testing, which will be done at each level. The work products such as designs and test cases are reviewed; this is called static testing and is an example of “find defects as early as possible” approach.
