We undertake an end to end approach stating with audit and analysis and then we define the problem, outline solution blueprints based on controllable variables, implement the options and measure the positive takeaways. Primarily we undertake this process for 3 months but we are always willing to work hand in hand if the client demands. The cost entailed is a what we charge for 3 months and does not include travel and other expenses in case of overseas onsite assignments.
