Ingredients: Dry coconut, fried gram, curry leaves, jeera, hing, jaggery. How to use: It goes best with hot rice topped with a tsp of ghee or can be used as side accomplishment with Idli, Dosa. This coconut chutney powder is commonly used in Maharashtra, North Karnataka, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. As a dry chutney, it has a long shelf life. It is called Khobryachi chutney in Marathi and Khobbari chutney in Kannada. This dry chutney powder goes very well with rotis such as jowar or bajra bhakri, chapati, rice, dosas, idlies etc.
