If you have decided to embark on a Lean journey, the first step in the process would be a Lean assessment. This would help you understand where do you stand as a company. We require the Leadership team to be available with the consultant, during this assessment. We do not encourage delegating this to a senior manager. This would be an eye opening experience for most leaders you do the assessment with us.
