The STEAM DE-WAX AUTOCLAVE quickly and efficiently melts out the wax from the shells. The autoclave de-wax is the most reliable and cost effective process for large production runs. This equipment ensures that a surface layer wax almost instantly melts out providing space for the expanding wax minimising expansion pressure of the melting wax. This almost eliminates shell cracking. Available in diameters of 900mm and 1250mm with electrical or oil fired boilers as options. Larger autoclaves are available on request.
