Brave allegations against India mart... In India most of small and micro industries are generally dependent on Industrial Area.. They don't have platform to expand their business.. The only option they have is India mart.. Government has taken steps in developing Industrial areas, but this help SME only in short term bases and they continues to remain a minor player in area. If corelogs is able to provide them a alternate platform,it would be a great boon for Indian SME. This kind of change is must if India want to develop manufacturing capabilities like China.

Its not allegation though. It is just an in depth analysis. The facts are very real and everybody knows that. But the people using the services of IndiaMART have not seen it in an analytical way. Just think that if today somebody comes to you and says - friend i will make www.ritesh-joshi.com for you. It will be your personal space and we will put your pictures and resume over there. For this we will charge you only Rs 20,000. You won't agree because you know that it is of no use until you are a celebrity. But SMEs have been made to believe that having a website is their biggest need. That's the point. Misleading the people (unknowingly maybe).

See, my intentions is not to make derogatory comments on these companies but the truths need to be told somehow. The way I see it, The SME sector needs a complete overhauling as far as the internet presence is considered. The fault is not of these companies only. Even the SMEs need to see internet in a more positive way. Here on CoreLogs, all the companies can list products for free and easily but even then they want to depend on a third person to do this for them. What I say is that they need to embrace the evolving nature of internet. The SMEs must not fear the internet marketing but should try to find the best solution.
