CRM for SMEs. Do they Need it?

Yes, I am quite sure, you have heard about CRM- Customer Relationship Management. This is a popular term and whoever is working in Sales & Marketing is using CRM for sure in one form or other.


CRM is simple. The practices & strategies you use to manage your customers, clients, potential clients, prospects in order to somehow increase sales & increase customer retention is CRM. Now tell me that you are using CRM everyday. You might Be making notes, making to-do lists. You might be maintaining a diary or an excel listing all clients, prospects etc. and noting down the date and status when you last talked to them. Well that’s when you are using CRM.


Now making notes in a diary and maintaining excel is fine as long as you are the only one using it. The problem starts when the team grows up.
