We are an SSI industry and our Bankers State Bank of India made our account NPA by un authoritatively transferring a large amount of money from our account to some suspense account for unknown reason . We sent letters and reminders umpteen number of times to the Bank manager , Zonal Manager , SBI Chairman but with no reply from any of them . The case is now in DRT but it is lying with regsitrar and not going to any court because Bank (SBI) is not submitting their affidavit for last 4 years , making the matter stand still and jeopardizing our business . In my desperation I wrote to PM and FM last year but there also no luck . They did not reply in one and half years . I even wrote to RBI Governor but there also is no reply . By such action of the bank we have lost valuable export business and our right to get bank loan is denied . As the thing stands now we do not seem to get any justice anywhere or even a simple reply from any authority. Is this good governance? . I still have strong faith in our PM but I feel system is somehow not working . Can anybody help me to find a way in this dark alley bureaucratic high handedness ?
